  • If you sign up to use our Services as a vendor or Partner (Third Party Transport Service Provider), Profile Picture (user image) , copies of government identification documents and other details (KYC), vehicle related documents such as insurance, pollution certificate etc and such other documents which evidence the health or fitness of the vehicle to provide Services on the thequickcab.com Platform, call and SMS details.
  • Payment Information: We collect and securely store payment information to facilitate transactions between you and our services. Payment options include:
  • Pay to Driver: You may choose to make the full payment directly to the driver upon completion of the trip.
  • Online Payment: You can pay for your trips securely through our app using supported online payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or other digital payment systems.
  • Partial Payment: Users can choose to split their payments as follows:
  • Half Payment Online: Users can make a partial payment online before the trip begins.
  • Remaining Payment to Driver: The balance payment can be made directly to the driver after completing the trip.
  • All payment transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your sensitive payment information (e.g., card details) on our servers. Payments are facilitated via trusted third-party payment gateways that comply with industry security standards.
